The reason we publish this article today is because there is a weekend ahead. And that is a good opportunity to treat ourselves well (the world will benefit from that too) and make sure to get enough sleep!
Pssst, pay attention that it says “enough” sleep of 7.5 to 8 hours, which is a very different thing than the “exaggeratedly long” sleep 😉
